XL Fleet is seeking a Director of Human Resources. This position is a key role within the company responsible for all elements of HR administration, and will be a go-to-team member for the entire XL Fleet organization. This individual should be a highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, creative, resourceful, adaptable, entrepreneurial team player who shares a passion for clean technology. It requires excellent organization and communication skills, a strong work ethic, as well as flexibility to adapt to new and unforeseen challenges that regularly confront a start-up organization. The role is well-suited for someone with a desire to make a significant mark on an emerging organization. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and will work closely with the leadership team and entire XL Fleet organization.
Responsibilities are diverse and include: benefits administration, employee relations, staff training, performance management, onboarding and off-boarding of personnel, policy development and implementation, recruiting, employment law compliance, accounts payable and payroll processing.
