    XL Fleet Electrifications (XL) seeks a motivated and energetic Shipping and Receiving Professional to provide help to our Inventory Manager for shipping, receiving, locating, and transacting of our Fleet-Ready™ XLH™ Hybrid Electric and XLP™ Plug-in Hybrid Electric upfit systems.

    • Prioritize and re-evaluate tasks as circumstances change.
    • Pick, pack, and ship time sensitive Service Requests from our technicians throughout the county.
    • Create, improve, or learn new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) documentation of outbound shipments of XL’s kits, including Pick Lists, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Inventory control etc.
    • Own our barcoding and scanning processes of parts, kits and assemblies and work to improve upon them as our company grows.
    • Perform shipping/freight quoting and scheduling for any outbound XL Hybrids’ kits and components departing from XL facilities. Enter PRO #’s and tracking #’s into XL’s ERP system.
    • Work closely with the Inventory Manager to own the Shipping & Receiving data entry to our ERP system, and to ensure parts are properly located in our system.
    • Lead weekly, monthly and semi-annually cycle counts.
    • Pick parts for the production crew to ensure they have accurate counts of the parts for builds.
    • Maintain and grow XL’s relationships with all freight carriers.
    • Seek ways to continuously improve XL Hybrids’ picking, packing, kitting, shipping operations.
    • Provide direct line for technicians (both XL employees and our partners’) in the field as needed for components to ensure timely completion of conversions.
    • Assist in Return Material Authorization (RMA) and Material Review Board (MRB) processes.
    • Learn installation process when possible during conversions/upfits to better understand product for future troubleshooting.
    • Other duties as needed and identified by Inventory Manager.



    • Basic understanding of Inventory Control principles, including the importance of inventory counts, locating inventory, exception taking, shipment packing and 3rd party logistics.
    • Experience and comfort using Inventory Control mobile applications.
    • 2 years minimum experience of warehouse/production work.
    • Ability to work independently to carry out job assignments
    • Genuine interest in Green Technology

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Forklift experience.
